Environment and Energy

Let’s work together

The most recent report from the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) confirms the necessity of taking action now in order to combat global warming.

If the building industry today constitutes a sector that weighs heavily in the ecological balance, it is also a sector in which it is
possible to achieve rapid, conclusive results in the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

Let’s define a winning strategy for your building renovation

With more than 60 years of experience, we have the capacity to guide you in defining an energy strategy to respond to your expectations for all of your real estate holdings. Whether for a real estate development or a renovation project, we will support you throughout the process, starting with the preliminary studies and continuing until the property is operational.

Our experience and knowledge of the market enables us to facilitate the acceptance and support of your project by the competent authorities through the submission of applications for authorisation and for any subsidies from which you may benefit.

Furthermore, our department provides environmental and technical monitoring for real estate projects, as well as support and guidance by means of such services as project owner assistance in energy (through AMOen) and project owner assistance in consumption (through AMU) for renovation work.

In Switzerland, real estate accounts for more than 24 percent of all CO2 emissions.
