Since the company was founded by Jean-Paul Barbier-Mueller in 1960, property management has been our core business. Today, we manage more than 37,000 properties, representing a rental income of about CHF 535 million, in a spirit of respect and profound consideration for the built heritage. We manage our own statistical tools, which allows us to anticipate market trends and to accurately advise our customers. The follow-up is done in accordance with our customers’ requirements.

Our owners benefit from a unique single contact person in the Group who knows all the details of their situation. The result ? Fast reactions and constant administrative follow-up. We  take particular care with the writing of the various documents that we send to our owners. Finally, the SPG-Rytz group pays special attention to their employees’ in-service training : a guarantee of effectiveness for owners.

CONDOMINIUMS, SPECIALIZED MANAGEMENT

Our professionals specializing in condominium management skilfully handle all mediation tasks involved in the maintenance and value enhancement of a shared property. As they have technical works-related know-how, they are also proficient in day-to-day maintenance of real estate. Regarding renovation works on a larger scale, they are therefore able to provide fast and practical solutions thanks to their close cooperation with a specialized department integrated in the SPG-Rytz group. The 100% coverage of customers’ funds by available liquidities certified annually by our auditors guarantees total financial security.

SHOPPING & BUSINESS CENTERS

The Shopping & Business Centres department offers a combination of services related to the management, enhancement and optimization of shopping and business centers, in order to meet the needs of our customers and various interest groups, and to tap synergies as much as possible. These services are personalized and modulated for each of our customers and partners.
